No Returns Policy
Lelambu® swimwear is classified as sanitary and intimate apparel. For strict hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the original outer packaging has been opened. Returned sanitary products cannot be resold, regardless of claims of being unused, unworn, or unwashed.
Change-of-mind or size returns are not covered under ACCC regulations. We kindly ask you to choose carefully before purchase.
Size & Fit Guarantee
We understand that size concerns are important when shopping online. Thanks to our Fit Recommender (98% accuracy), most of our customers get their correct size the first time. In rare cases where the recommended size does not fit, we may review a size exchange request after confirming body measurements with our team. Please email us at hi@lelambu.store for assistance.
Faulty Products
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please email us within 30 days of delivery. Photo proof will be required for assessment. Once approved, we will send a replacement or process a refund.
Please include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- The name of the affected product(s)
- A clear photo showing the fault(s)

Gift Cards / Vouchers
Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Refunds
Once your return (faulty item) is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first contact your bank, then reach out to us if further assistance is needed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lelambu® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the courier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your parcel, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.
We recommend providing a safe delivery address (e.g., work address) to minimise risks of theft.
