Where we ship
We currently ship Australia-wide only.
Processing times
Orders are processed within up to 48 hours (business days) after payment is confirmed. Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.
Estimated delivery times
Once dispatched, standard transit time is 5–9 business days depending on your location (remote and regional areas may take longer).
Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Delays can occur during peak periods, severe weather, carrier disruptions or other events outside our control.

Order tracking
When your order ships, we’ll email you a dispatch confirmation with a tracking link (if tracking is available for your service). Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
If your order is late or missing
Before contacting us, please:
- Check your order confirmation to ensure the shipping address is correct.
- Review the latest tracking updates from the carrier.
- Ask household members or neighbours in case the parcel was accepted on your behalf.
If you still can’t locate your parcel, email us at hi@lelambu.store with your order number and we’ll help.
Wrong / incomplete address
If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout, re-delivery or return-to-sender costs may apply. Please double-check your address details (including postcode) before completing your order.
Damaged or incorrect items
We’re sorry if something arrived not as expected. Please email hi@lelambu.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Notes
- Orders are packed Monday–Friday (AEST), excluding public holidays.
- During promotional periods, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.
